Scallop Porridge with Veggies

Scallop Porridge

This porridge is similar to the one I cooked previously, added snap peas and seaweed. Seaweed added extra "flavour" from the sea, J loved it very much.

Seaweed is good with porridge, try to look for salt-free one or just use the one to make sushi. Those snack pack seaweed can be very salty.
